"After 22 years with another carrier I was just non renewed for water damage claim to my home from 8 months ago. In a panic I contacted State Farm agent Scott Urry's office close to my home. I worked with Jan Skousen and she made it such a smooth transition. I saved money with a bundle, we reviewed my policies and made needed adjustments as I was under insured. She contacted mortgage company and answered all of my questions. Everything was handled in the same day. So grateful for her help!"

"Very satisfied about everything connected with changing my insurance to State Farm and Scott Urry's office. Amanda was terrific, from our initial contact of a quote, to the final policy costs which ended up even lower, and totally beat out my current insurance renewal quotes. Neither of those companies, even after decades of giving them my business, were willing to try and lower my premiums unless I cut back on coverage."

"I have been a customer since 2006 along with my whole family. Home and auto. This office doesn't monitor your policy, has no concern over your claims, and expects that you don't use your insurance. Multiple times have inquired about an issue with house( roof and fence blew down) and I was told that they would not recommend using insurance due to a rate hike. They dumped my daughter on road side and me on glass. But not just the coverage the entire policy on the vehicle in a letter. The issue is that my agent is supposed to monitor these things and they dont do it. So you get a letter saying your being dumped and that's it. It's an industry we can't opt out of and this office takes advantage. The behavior is consistent over multiple issues and that's why I'm reviewing."
